Warranty Period

Warranty coverage is valid for:

7 days from the date the parcel is marked as delivered

Requests submitted beyond the warranty period may no longer qualify for assessment or replacement.


Warranty Requirements

To file a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and unedited videos showing the issue
  • Complete description of the concern
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team.


Conditions That Void Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by negligence or improper storage

Hygiene & Personal Use Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing signs of excessive use, misuse, or improper sanitation may not qualify for replacement.


Return Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved:

  • Customers may be instructed to return the item for inspection
  • Return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the case
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
