Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time depending on order volume and courier operations.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Courier Partner
We currently ship orders through J&T Express Philippines.
Delivery schedules and transit times are handled by the courier and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and operational circumstances.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines may vary by area:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Additional transit time may apply
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High shipment volume
- Weather conditions
- Courier operational delays
- Holidays or peak seasons
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
Callisto™ is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete contact details
- Failed delivery attempts
may require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update within the courier system.
Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is marked as:
- Unclaimed
- Refused
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
the order may be returned to us by the courier.
Reshipping fees may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we strongly encourage customers to:
- Record an unboxing video before opening
- Take clear photos of the parcel and item condition
Claims regarding damaged or missing items without sufficient proof may not be approved.
Delivery Disclaimer
Once the parcel has been successfully handed over to J&T Express, delivery operations are under the courier’s responsibility. While we will do our best to assist with shipment concerns, Callisto™ cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
